Shipping Information:

Orders will be shipped to arrive during your requested ship week.
Shipping by way of UPS and SpeeDee Delivery have proven to be safe, quick and reliable methods of shipment. They offer a wide variety of options to get your order to you when you need it. Call us to discuss the best options for you. Shipping charges include shipping fees plus packaging fee.
Estimated shipping costs will be stated on your confirmation. We will make every effort to honor that shipping estimate; however with the increasing cost of fuel, shipping costs are subject to change.

Order Pickup - Please Call for Appointment;

Pick up times are Tuesday through Friday 8-11 am and 12 noon - 2 pm. Other time by special arrangement only.

We understand that your plans can change as time goes on, but please notify us promptly if you need to make changes.

By appointment only. Please call to confirm your pick up date and time at least 3 days before you intend to come so we can have your order ready. Your order will not be pulled until the pick up date is confirmed.
If you fail to contact us within one week of scheduled pickup date to finalize your appointment, deposit is forfeited, and trees are released for general sales.
Please make changes at least 30 days before the scheduled pickup date. Changes made after this date will be honored at our discretion and may be charged a $10.00 change order fee. Due to the sheer volume of pick up orders, we unfortunately will not be able to honor order changes made the day of your pickup.
Please bring sufficient tarps and ropes to protect and secure your trees, unless your order will be picked up in an enclosed vehicle.
We are primarily a wholesale facility, shipping nationwide, and often all staff is committed to packaging orders. If you stop by without calling ahead, there may not be anyone available to prepare your order.

If the buyer fails to pickup within one week of scheduled pickup date and fails to contact us, deposit is forfeited, and trees are released for general sales.
